Here are last week's answers:

1. Name the film which the Who Said This? quote ("Why do you have to wake me up every time I'm on a date with Ann Sheridan!") is from, as well as the co-stars.

2. This early '30s score is credited by some with changing the face of film music forever. Name the film and the composer.

Answer: King Kong, Max Steiner

3. George Stevens gave Rock Hudson his choice of two leading ladies for Giant. He picked Elizabeth Taylor; name the other actress he could have chosen.

  2. Dawn, we did have a nice Easter, I hope that you and yours did too!

BTW, you nailed #1....good job! You got a Flynn question before Becks, LOL! We just finished watching Footsteps in the Dark on a homemade DVD.

  3. 4. Tom's car was called the Thunderbolt Grease-Slapper. Great question!

  4. Rick, you are right! BTW, that was also the name of my beloved 1970 Datsun 510, which I had for twelve years.

  5. #5 Was it Dishonest John?

I can't believe I didn't get last week's Desperate Journey thing. I just watched that a few months ago for the Errol Flynn war movie set!

Well, Dawn, you did beat me. Of course, my computer crashed on Sunday because of a horrible virus -- oh, what the heck, that's a lame excuse!

Joann, that has to be one of the absolute prettiest pictures of Errol on his yacht I've ever seen! Nobody has the right to be that gorgeous...where do you keep finding these?!!

  6. Hi Becks! Yes, #5 is Dishonest John!

Sorry to hear about your computer virus, that's a drag....and also a very reasonable excuse, LOL!

As to the Flynn photo, glad you like it, I had a feeling you would! Believe it or not I just did a Google search for "photos Errol Flynn" or something like that...there are a lot of Flynn pics out there, thank goodness!

  7. Rock didn't choose Elizabeth, that's because Grace was about to become Princess in real life
